As General Manager for Downer Infrastructure services I was part of a small internal team charged with leading culture change across the Australian business. This was to drive a shift to asset management and planning activities within the operations. Changes made were to systems, process and service lines delivered to the clients. In depth reviews and challenges were made and undertaken to ensure positioning for increased maintenance services contracts were secured, transitioned and delivered.
