My areas of concentration include: estate planning, non-profit law, commercial law (including litigation) and real estate law, as well as business entity formation, contract drafting and review, and general corporate law.After practicing law in NW Oklahoma City for almost 8 years, I spent from October of 2008 to August 2014 at Water4, Inc., an international non-profit with its headquarters located in Oklahoma City. I served as the founding Executive Director for four years and as Director of Special Projects for the last two years of my time at Water4. In my capacity as a director at Water4, I traveled to over ten countries in Africa and South America, led teams of 3-15 people on international trips, represented Water4 at numerous speaking engagements, coordinated and conducted multi-day trainings as needed for our partners, developed the documents and due diligence process to engage with new partners, and maintained day to day responsibilities for relationships with our strategic and field partners. Further, I oversaw the budgets and implementation of numerous projects, provided reports about ongoing activities, conducted board meetings, prepared minutes for the meetings, and maintained all necessary corporate documents.
