At the City of Burlington, my focus is on creating operationally excellent environments that align with our community's values and goals, bringing diverse perspectives and experiences into policy development and service plans.Since September 2023, my role as Manager of Facility Operations has expanded to encompass corporate, specialty, and joint venture facilities, including the pivotal Burlington City Hall. Leading a dynamic team of over 20 staff, my responsibilities have scaled to include capital project oversight, procurement, and the development of technical training procedures.
