• Gas Supply and M&A activities around Azure’s gas processing and gas treating assets with over 1,500 miles of pipe and around a BCF of gas.• Part of transaction team that did our TGGT acquisition ($910 million) as well as Tenaska acquisition ($90 Million) and Reverse Merger Deal with Marlin Midstream to becomepublicly traded.

• Developed various projects and acquisitions with respect to IRR and NPV analysis. • Reviewed and renegotiated various gas processing, gas sales and transport agreements with respect to margin, term, fuel and POP percentages to optimize and enhance contract portfolio. Managed P&L of FCV asset with around $8MM of annual Ebitda.• Worked directly with Marketing on scheduling of gas deliveries out of Carthage Hub, as well as NGL’s, EP, Condensate take away capacity, sales and transport
