Account Manager responsible for building the CT market by prospecting and closing new customers. Sells high tech DME to Podiatric and Orthopedic Surgeons throughout Hartford and New Haven County. Manages the logistical requirements of the at-home delivery and patient education for both the High Tech Durable Medical Equipment as well as the billing and reimbursement aspects of the service. Recruits, Hires, and Trains Sales Service Represtatives who handle all patient deliveries and interactions. Personally delivers High-Tech DME to patients' homes in order to set the standard for proper delivery and to help "carry the bag".

Senior Logistics Officer of a Combined Arms Battalion, manages a team of 24 Logisticians responsible for all combat service support functions including supply, maintenance, transportation, and field services of an organization comprised of 900 Soldiers and 154 vehicles. As the primary logistics planner in the Battalion, develops and synchronizes all sustainment requirements and analyzes the logistics readiness status of the Battalion in preparation for deployment. Utilizes automated logistical support systems to prioritize, reallocate, and redistrubute supplies and over $367M in equipment throughout the Battalion.

Responsible for the logistical operations of a 120 man rifle company to include coordinating with outside units, establishing standard operating procedures, maintenance of all weapons and communications equipment and ensuring all day to day supply requests are met in order to accomplish the company’s mission. Second in command and assumes command upon the absence of the Company Commander. Responsible for the care and maintenance of over 15 tracked vehicles valued at over $30,000,000. Strengthens the company’s supply systems by applying innovative and practical solutions to ineffective procedures while staying within budgetary constraints. Counsels and mentors junior officers in the Company on leading combat operations, property accountability, Non-Commissioned Officer mentorship, and military customs and courtesies.

Led, trained, and deployed with a 42 man Infantry platoon in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Responsible for security, assessing the threat of enemy activities, and decisions concerning the use of lethal force throughout the operating environment of Baghdad. Developed comprehensive standard operating procedures for gathering intelligence on enemy activity in two major cities north of Baghdad leading to multiple arrests of local organized criminals and known terrorist networks. In addition, thwarted a complex attack on the local joint security station by extracting valuable intelligence from local nationals and attained sources. Received general orders and then planned and directly managed the conduct of combat operations for the platoon; conducted over 200 combat patrols in this capacity. Partnered, trained, and accomplished numerous kinetic and humanitarian aid missions with Iraqi Federal Police, the Iraqi Army, and Iraqi Police throughout Baghdad. Strengthened two local cities infrastructures by attending weekly “Nahia” Council meetings with local Sheiks to discuss sewage, electricity, water, and security issues, which positively impacted a combined population of over 150,000 local nationals. see less
