Formulated the claims resolution process for more than 26,000 bankruptcy claims filed against 34 debtor companies• Assisted a fully integrated oil and gas company with over $1.3 billion in funded debt and 2007 consolidated sales in excess of $16.2 billion, in its Chapter 11 proceedings. Prepared company’s Schedules of Assets and Liabilities and the Statements of Financial Affairs filings, in addition to managing the pre‐petition executory contracts database. Created and administered complex Access databases to analyze and manipulate large volumes of financial data to produce internal and external financial reports. Assisted on the claims reconciliation process for over 12,000 filed and over 10,000 scheduled claims• Managed the daily activities of a $30 million liquidating trust fund and associated preference action litigations, disputed pre‐petition claims resolution, as well as, calculation analyses and delivery of cash and stock distributions of pre‐petition debts• Created liquidation projections for an international textile manufacturer to be used in evaluations for recovery efforts
