As a Site Operations Manager, Chris is responsible for site supervision and coordination of field personnel. He works closely with the Project Manager, Project Superintendent and trades to ensure building regulations, building codes, schedules, site safety and quality of work are maintained. He collaborates with the site team to assess and understand challenges as they arise on site and is instrumental to proposing multiple solutions. He is also well versed in disaster recovery methods and procedures. His projects include: NYU, Manhattan Times Square Hotel and Kaplan.

As a Project Superintendent, Chris worked closely with the Project Manager to oversee and direct all subcontractors' field personnel and L&K's field laborers. His projects included: Kaplan, TD Ameritrade, NYU, Deloitte & Touche, Datapipe, Wolters Kluwer, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and Merrill Lynch.

As a Project Superintendent for Structure Tone, Chris worked closely with the Project Manager and Owner's Representatives on multiple client projects including: Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Deloitte & Touche and Brookfield Properties.
