Key responsibilities;• Created and monitor investment trackers.• Produce weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts along with weekly bank reconciliations.• Liaise with investors to arrange capital calls and distributions.• Review and monitor loan covenants.• Monitor leverage on credit facilities and arrange for principal and interest payments to be made on time.• Review draft sales documents for accuracy.• Produce trial balances, management accounts, and financial statements (consolidated) for in house funds.• Review trial balances, management accounts, and financial statements for outsourced funds and sign off on completeness.• Produce financial highlights for quarterly and year-end board meetings.• File monthly, quarterly and yearly VAT returns on Luxembourg entity with the tax authorities and paid on time.• Create IRR projections for investors.• Monitor interest receipts and contact borrowers around shortfalls and late payments.• Review and record all invoices received and arrange payment within agreed time frames.

I'm obtaining a broad knowledge of fund administration and fund structures whilst gaining experience in preparing financial statements, international financial reporting standards and of GAM's reporting and performance systems.My Responsibilities include:• Preparation of financial statements & co-ordination of audits for all funds administered by GAM Dublin, including the following:Irish UCITSUK Open Ended Investment Companies & Unit TrustsOffshore companies (BVI, Cayman Island etc.)• Production of monthly and quarterly reports for GAM’s Institutional clients.• Institutional Client Services for GAM Institutional business worldwide.• Liaising with other operational departments regarding preparation of financial statements, audit queries & client service issues.

My tasks that I complete on a daily basis:•Ensuring all trades transacted by the front office are matched and confirmed with the relevant counter party.•Preparing, amending and manually creating settlement instructions to be sent to the custodians for settlement of trades.•Ensuring all front office trade activity is reflected in the fund accounting system.•Liaising with front office, custodians and counter-parties to ensure there is no settlement issues.•Reconciliations of asset positions between fund accounting system and counter party / custodian records.•Working in a busy team environment to provide support to colleagues to ensure delivery ofobjectives•Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly control reports.•Processing of collateral calls & recalls using collateral management system.
