I provide Corporate Function Transformation services to Health Industries clients, including pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, and payer/provider businesses. Areas of Focus:- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM): Design and implementation of integrated system solutions, including Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud (PBCS). Conduct activities across the system development life cycle including gathering and documenting of requirements, create design document, implementation, user acceptance testing, and end user training.- Finance Assessments & Finance Strategy: Conduct in-depth assessments of finance functions to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings through process improvements, and finance systems implementations and enhancements.
