As the Monitoring Data Administrator I help ensure the AIM program consistently captures, stores, and serves out data in ways that allow for credible assessments of the condition and trend of natural resources at multiple scales. This involves providing BLM State and Field offices, stakeholders, and partners with key information for management decisions. I lead the team responsible for development and support of data collection tools, data storage solutions, QA/QC procedures, data access tools, and training in all of the above tools and applications.

Forest Health Assessment & Applied Sciences Team (Fhaast)

Temporary detail as Forest Health Specialist contributing to the following program areas and projects:- Forest Genetics: Represented FHP at the 2019 USFS Geneticists meeting in Albuquerque, NM November 18-21, 2019 and facilitated the report-out of breakout sessions for developing USFS Geneticists position statements on the use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and Assisted Migration, participated on Tree Conservation Grant Proposal Review Panel- Annual Accomplishments Reporting: gathered and reviewed data for quality assurance, and compiled forest health treatment data provided by USFS Regions and cooperators for annual reporting- Annual Conditions Reporting 2017 & 2018: participated on an FHP team to produce annual insect and disease conditions reports and drafted state synopses of insect and disease conditions for Alaska, Arizona, California, and New Mexico
