Having over 25 years of experience working in IT providing outsourced IT Services & Management for a range of businesses from those starting up to established organisations, I have now taken the step into IT consultancy.With a wide range of experience working with micro, small and medium-sized companies across multiple sectors from financial and manufacturing to the third sector, insurance and law, I am adept at applying my knowledge and skills in supporting businesses through their IT journey from initial solution consideration, implementation, and handover.My passion is working collaboratively with all parties to achieve the most efficient and effective solutions that fit the individual business needs. This has proved most successful when looking to identify improved and new ways of working; which are more frequent than ever with the rapidity of technological change.Both in my employment and now, as a consultant, I greatly enjoy working with people and businesses closely and understand the need to know a business's goals and objectives to really know how a business operates and what a successful outcome looks like.All recommendations and reports are provided jargon-free and are actionable to avoid the need for further, and potentially unnecessary, consultancy work with a focus on longer-term strategy, budgets and execution plans.
