- Created 3-week “look ahead schedules” for master schedule implementation - Communicated with subcontractors and project managers to complete projects by following the contract documents and specifications on multiple retail and commercial projects - Oversaw quality control and construction document compliance - Worked with architects, engineers, consultants and building inspectors to overcome unforeseen conditions and design opportunities - Developed coordination systems with grocery store to establish seamless communication on refrigerated case de-stocking and subsequent turnover during remodels of grocery store - Led self-perform work in demolition, concrete, layout, carpentry, and coordinated other in-house self-perform work with refrigeration and plumbing superintendents - Developed Job Hazard Analysis documents to effectively plan and implement project safety
