RESPONSIBILITIES:A. Creates highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of executions.B. Work with editors, designers, and content team to understand the project scope and objectives.C. Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.D. Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.E. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.F. Provides accurate time estimates for each part of the process.G. Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project.H. Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.I. Support the team with photo editing, bespoke illustration, and icon design.J. Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS MULTIMEDIA OFFICERA. Meets and liaises with clients to discuss briefs, requirements, and project progress.B. Creates original visual concepts for print and multimedia release.C. Creates multimedia designs in collaboration with other animators, programmers, writers, video producers, sound engineers, and artists.D.Keeps up-to-date with technological and creative developments.E. Tests multimedia equipment for errors and troubleshoots as needed.F. Responsible for the process of recording audio/video content for SLMC events and projects in a remote or controlled multi-camera studio.G. Works with assigned Corporate Communications or Digital Communications Officer, other team members, and external contacts to ensure high-quality production of audio and video content.H. Edits audio and video for a range of productions including new packages, features, messages, talking heads, interviews multi-camera studio programs, and promos.I. Creates and calibrates audio/video material for sharing through the SLMC website, intranet, and to other platforms, whether internal or external, as required.J. Responsible for the organized safekeeping of the department’s audio/video equipment. Keeps and updated accountability record, ensures studio and editing facilities are clean and organized.K. Ensures appropriate quality control systems are in place and followed to ensure accuracy and high production standards.L. Contributes to ongoing and long-term audio/video planning and activities.

CRITICAL:A. Design and layout services – Serve as the layout artist and graphic designer for Harvest, the Bank’s quarterly magazine for external clients.REGULAR:A. Creative services – Provide graphic design and layout services for various communication materials (e.g. brochures, posters, flyers, banners, , as well as render photography, videography and editing services for the development of marketing collaterals and other communication tools B. Video editing and production services – Provide support and conduct editing/post-production for audiovisual presentations required by the Bank C.
