Reporting to the Managing Director.Key Responsibilities:- Establishing friendly and efficient relationships across a multitude of clients, from local property investors to London-based management agencies as well as Borough councils and pension trusts.- Focussing on ensuring an exceptional client experience, in order to consistently guarantee repeat business.- Representing a wide array of properties ranging through most all business use-classes.- Dealing with businesses across public and private sectors, including international brands, government bodies and small local businesses.- Building and maintaining a broad list of actively searching applicants, noting the subtle and specific requirements of each such to guide them towards suitable properties.- Negotiating on both new leases/licences and lease renewals, ensuring to strike a favourable balance between the needs of our clients against the requirements of the applicants.- Negotiating on property and business sales, highlighting value and points of interest such to secure the best price for our clients.- Diligently tracking deal progression via the Alto and Jupix property management platforms, chasing various parties and swiftly actioning solutions for any issues that arise.- Producing photos, virtual tours and floor plans when bringing properties to market.- Maintaining a diverse pipeline to ensure that the agency consistently has cash-flow coming in.

Reported to the Lettings Manager.Key Responsibilities:- Dealt with an extensive supply of new enquiries, most often between 50-100 daily.- Vetted all applicants to a fine degree, with a view to arrange and attend viewings exclusively with serious candidates suitable for both the property and our client.- Built strong relationships with a broad client base, focussing my work around their needs and ensuring an exceptional client experience.- Referenced candidates through use of both Homelet and Goodlord platforms, chasing and advising applicants and guarantors as necessary.- Producing various forms of marketing materials when bringing properties to market.

Longfield, Kent

My primary role as head waiter was to organise the team, ensuring that tables are well served and customer satisfaction is achieved. Additionally I answered phones, taking bookings and placing takeaway orders, together with stock checking, and cashing up with the restaurant owner at the close of business. I was entrusted with keys for opening up when the owner was away and took responsibility for resolving issues that sometimes arose with customers, balancing their concerns with the needs of the restaurant.

I worked on site with a team of lawn care technicians assisting in the preparation and installation of artificial lawns. In addition, I worked in the sales office talking with potential clients, arranging for surveyors to visit their properties and booking dates for installations.
