As the Project Executive at Mortensen Woodwork, I oversee the operations and performance of one of the leading commercial millwork companies in the Southeast. I am responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring quality standards, and developing strategic partnerships with clients and vendors.I have a passion for millwork. I started my career in the woodworking industry as a floor sweeper and worked my way up to become a job site foreman, a project manager, and a senior project manager, before taking on my current role as Project Executive. I have gained valuable skills in project reporting, problem solving, and team building, and I have delivered exceptional results in terms of customer satisfaction, safety, and profitability.My goal is to connect and work with other leaders in the industry and beyond, to grow my leadership skills and to help others grow theirs. I enjoy learning from different perspectives and experiences, and I am always open to new challenges and opportunities. I take pride in my work and in the work of my team, and I love seeing the amazing outcomes we can achieve together.
