With several years working within the healthcare industry, I am passionate about providing quality care and improving the lives of patients and residents. As an AIT at Ensign Services, I am learning the operational and financial aspects of running a skilled nursing facility, while applying my clinical and interpersonal skills to ensure compliance, safety, and satisfaction. Previously, I worked as an OT at Ensign Services and Encompass Health, where I helped patients with various mental health and physical rehabilitation needs, using evidence-based interventions and patient-centered approaches. I have a doctorate degree in occupational therapy from Touro University Nevada, and a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Montana. I have multiple skills in mental health, rehabilitation, and leadership, and I am eager to grow and contribute to the mission and vision of Ensign Services.
