In my primary role at PSRS/PEERS as Web Designer I am responsible for front-end web design and development utilizing modern techniques for coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript as well as C# MVC. I am tasked with optimizing the website code-base and web servers for performance and ensuring cross-platform compatibility for a wide range of devices and browsers. I also analyze and report on website analytics, monitoring key performance indicators such as monthly sessions, pageviews etc...My secondary role as Communications Dept. Digital Video Production Specialist entails shooting, editing and producing short-form video clips for member education purposes.

As the Web Designer for CTS I was responsible for Designing and developing promotional web sites for various banking products according to bank marketing strategies using a combination of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and C#/.NET. I also worked with the CTS Web Application development team to design User Interface elements for native mobile banking apps. I was instrumental in defining the web site information architecture, content strategy and web site governance plan for the Web Content Management System. This WCMS powered 15 web sites for the Central Bancompany family of banks, allowing non-technical bank Marketing staff to maintain their own content.
