- Moving to Director is an important step for me. - I've built and promoted internal reporting dashboards to increase team efficiency, reducing bugs and increasing velocity.- I continue to work as the direct project manager for a couple of scrum based (scragile as I like to call it) software teams, I guide my reports to continue to better themselves and their teams & projects, and I oversee large scale initiatives like full corp IT SSO migrations and AWS migrations.- I remain excited for the future as I grow in this role!
