Led a team of 4 Directors with a unit total of 20 associates and was responsible for setting strategic direction for the analytics and technology functions while implementing the organization’s first innovation program. • Launched the company’s first customer portal. This enhanced customer stickiness and provided a new way for customers to interact with the company, gave live access to needed information for customers and gave the sales & marketing teams a new avenue for interacting with customers.• Custom developed new software that allowed customers to automatically replenish their inventory as they scanned usage in the warehouse. This helped win the company new business and enhanced existing relationships.• Re-built and significantly enhanced the functionality of the company’s pricing system allowing for more dynamic pricing strategies and created margin enhancement• Built a mobile app that allowed executive management to monitor daily, weekly, monthly & yearly KPI’s• Played a significant role in M&A efforts, including due diligence prior to purchase and integration efforts post acquisition • Created the company’s innovation program to align with corporate values and long-term strategic plans• Created company sales quotas, a new compensation plan tied to those quotas and built software that allowed salespeople and management to log in and see progress to plan in real time• Oversaw the company’s new hire training program and continuing education efforts

Led a team of 5 analysts and was responsible for capturing enterprise data and working with all the functional areas to build out reporting, BI dashboards and systems to enhance visibility into performance and streamline processes.• Built out analytics and reporting for several areas of the organization that did not have it previously, including the logistics team, production planning team and plant operations• Identified that truck capacity was being underutilized and implemented solutions that created $10MM+ additional revenue for the company• Re-built and significantly enhanced the forecasting and inventory management system which created more accurate forecasts and tighter inventory management, which improved cash flow and optimized procurement• Implemented a sales quoting system that gave visibility into win/loss rates and allowed for faster adjustments to pricing• Closely involved in creation of company-wide strategic planning and was part of the rollout plan across every functional area
