• I am a qualified attorney and conveyancer in South Africa with more than 23 years post admission experience.• I practiced law for over 6 years before joining Anglo American, a global mining group, where I have held various in-house legal counsel roles over a period of more than fourteen years.• For the past 10 years, my main responsibility has been to support the global occupational health and safety legal practice and the global dispute resolution practice. I am presently holding a leadership role in the global occupational health and safety legal practice.• My work experience includes supporting the group in its most strategic and important health and safety initiatives and leading strategic and material dispute resolution for the group. I have, however, been privileged to have gained work experience in a wide range of legal issues.• I am a creative, innovative and pragmatic problem solver.
