My responsibilities for this job were two fold. My primary responsibility included working with researchers to develop a workflow to analyze their data. I was responsible for developing this workflow and teaching them the programs they needed to know (either Imaris or Amira) to get accurate data out of their confocal images.My secondary responsibilities included support work in a Mechdyne CAVE environment (specifically a Flex CAVE). I would use VMDViewer to create vrml molecular models to help assist researchers present their research to classes and interactively explore their data sets.
