Served as Supervisor for the Department of State, Bureau of Narcotics and Law Enforcement transport helicopter community in Kabul. • Tasked with responsibility for ensuring the safe, sound and tactical flight operations of assigned CH-46 pilots.• Provides training and evaluation of instructors, pilots and crew members while developing and implementing curriculum.• Serves as the Lead Flight Standardization Pilot evaluating over 50 pilots and aircrew while training 6 pilots as assistant instructors. • Administers all HR responsibilities to include: timekeeping, time off/leave, OSHA requirements, hiring/ dismissals and discipline. • Develops multi-media presentations for State Department officials, foreign dignitaries, and General Officers using Microsoft Office products.
