Boasting over 18 years of hands-on experience in the print and mailing sector, I have cultivated a profound expertise in mailing technology, production process enhancement, and business management.My journey in the industry commenced as a web designer, and in 2004, I embarked on a transformative transition to the production side of print. Through the years with a healthy thirst for knowledge, I have ascended through various roles including data prep operator, Logistics Manager, Business Manager, Plant Manager and Director of Mailing Operations and IT. My commitment to continuous improvement is underscored by multiple certifications from the United States Postal Service, complemented by the attainment of a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. These credentials not only validate my proficiency in mailing standards and mailpiece design but also underscore my unwavering dedication to quality enhancement and process improvement.In addition to my operational endeavors, I am honored to have contributed to the USPS Mailer's Technical Advisory Committee, representing the esteemed Printing Industries of America.
