Working backwards from the hemp or cannabis customer need to the product goal to the source of the active raw material, I bring years of experience from pharma, separation sciences, product development, and product training to provide a streamlined approach to get accepted products to market faster. For this model, technology is a tool to get the correct active raw material, technology is not the driver of the final product. Some examples of the technologies I can employ to create the needed active raw material include Jasco SFC (supercritical fluid chromatography), Genevac Rockets (solvent evaporation systems), Agilent GC (for profiling and quality control), along with novel technologies yet to be launched. Responsible for implementing novel (developed personally prior to employment) ethanol extraction process for cannabis and hemp, implementing novel (developed personally prior to employment) SFC purification process for isolating 25 individual cannabinoids and terpenes, production development with regards to oil based products, hardware, and delivery mechanisms, marketing material, marketing and branding strategy, and internal/external training.

Responsible for bringing new ideas to the company and fostering LC awareness, education, and utilization within the environmental, pharma, clinical/toxicology, and food safety markets.

Responsible for completion of high throughput mass directed LC purification of drug compounds, chiral analysis, high-res MS, and laboratory robotics.

Analytical method development for small molecule identification and small to medium scale purification utilizing Prep LC and SFC.
