I opened forge fitness intending to bring purpose driven fitness to my clients. Many of us have had the goal of losing weight but some people don't have the "why" portion in mind. Without knowing why your doing something you won't make it past the six month hurdle of failure we all face. my job is to make sure you get over that mark and continue running past it to whatever goals you've set. Personal training is only half of what this company does, with the tag line of "Fitness for your fight" we literally mean it. We offer self defense classes for all ages and groups. Each class is built to counter real life encounters people have experienced. Learning from the actions of others is a very powerful thing and that's what I've done with my curriculum. Everything I teach is practical and applicable in life, no obscure skills you need to practice for years to use.
