This role sees me supporting and coaching OPRA’s clients and team members on psychometric assessments, working on complex psychometric assessment projects, and improving the company’s tools and products.The main activities I perform include:• Scoping of new product requirements• Coordinating development, testing and delivery of new products and solutions• Development of tier-0 product support materials, provision of product training• Tier-2 product support (investigation, resolution and escalation of more challenging or significant issues) • Interpretation and debrief of complex assessment results• Coaching of assessment interpretation and reporting for staff and clients• Teaching and accreditation in use of psychometric assessment• Data sourcing, cleaning, and analysis for validation and investigation• Reporting of analysis findings to primarily non-technical parties• Oversight of internal IT infrastructure

This was an entry level (graduate) role which provided heavy exposure to industrial-organisational psychometric tool use, and general consultancy work in a human resources and psychology context. Some of the main activities in this role were:• Administration and interpretation of psychometric assessments• Debriefing of hiring panels and respondents on assessment results• Supporting accredited assessment users in interpretation of results• Providing assessment system training and preparing tier-0 support materials• Tier-1 product support (investigation and resolution/escalation of issues)• Identification of sales opportunities and promotion of products and services• Relationship-based sales client care• General administration and IT support

This role was effectively a paid internship, during which I was able to apply some of my recent learning, and to experience industrial-organisational psychology outside of academia. The main activities I performed in this role were:• Evaluating and proofing if psychometric test and report content• Editing psychometric tool technical and training materials• Assisting senior staff with development of psychometric tools• Conducting basic market research activities

This role was focused on helping a senior lecturer to deliver two undergraduate human resources papers, and provided opportunity for developing presentation skills and administrative practices.The main activities I performed in this role were:• Preparing and delivering tutorial presentations to approximately 20-40 students per session• Providing individual-level support via e-mail and office sessions• Marking and grading tests and assignments• Preparing developmental feedback for students• Invigilating formal examination sessions
