CurrentResponsible for task order execution on medical facility contracts. Responsible for direct supervision of in-house crews and integration of subcontractor’s work, quality control and safety plan implementation, scheduling, project coordination, reporting, and administrative functions. Duties performed also include attending site visits, assisting in the development of work plans and price proposals, preparing quantity take-offs, materials research and selection, submittals and schedules for task order projects, project problem resolution, client liaison, and project closeout. I am also experienced in material and resource planning, technical problem solving, project completion, and cost controls. I have also served as an On-Site CQC System Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer on task orders while serving as Project Superintendent. Collaborated in the creation and updating of companies’ safety documents using EM 385 1-1, ANSI, and UFGS current standards
