My business is focused around real estate brokerage, coaching agents, agent teams, brokerage managers and executive teams in the real estate industry. From May of 1990 to October of 1991 I began my career as a RE/MAX agent for the first RE/MAX franchise in our county. In October of 1991, purchased a portion of the franchise and opened my own office.From October of 1991 until August of 2008, I operated as RE/MAX Lakes Area Realtors eventually having 3-4 fulltime assistants and closing an average of 100 transactions each year in our beautiful S.E. Wisconsin primary and second home area.August 2008 I took a year off to enjoy some free time and do sales training and coaching for a national sales company in the direct marketing industry.In August 2009 I took a position as the Managing Broker of Keefe Real Estate. An 80 agent regional company whom many of the agents were business associates whom I had done business with for years. That position gradually elevated to V.P. of Brokerage Operations where overseeing the entire brokerage operation, coaching and training became my focus until April of 2020.With more than 30 years of industry experience in real estate sales, ownership and executive leadership, today I oversee my new high tech-virtual brokerage and I've transitioned to an independent coaching and consultancy working with agents and brokerages who want to dominate their markets online and at the appointments in times of transition and perceived disruption.2000 - RE/MAX Hall of Fame2011- 2019 Member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association Board of Directors.1990-2010 - Three-time member Lakes Area Realtors Association Board of Directors 2020 - Lakes Area Realtors Association PresidentThanks for taking the time to read and have a very blessed day!
