The project consisted of the co-ordination of a Public Information Program to alert approximately 320000 patients of the project; co-ordinating concept training to b delivered to 50+GP Practises in the area and co-ordinating all activities the Strategic Health Authority.TPP SystmOne Release 4 Upgrade – Co-ordinate the upgrade of all GP surgeries and community units to release 4.TPP SystmOne Community Rollout – Rollout SystmOne Community Module to all community units including Child Health, Adult Health, Child Protection and District Nurses. Task included: Process mapping each unit, assessing the system, training and hardware requirements of each unit, managing a small team to build templates and provide onsite support during the go live period.Mobile Working Rollout – Coupled with the SystmOne Community Rollout, the project’s goal is to deliver training a mobile solution to allow nurses, health visitors and other mobile clinical staff to access SystmOne in patients’ homes and other non NHS sites consisting of a HP tablet PC with 3g capabilities. Managing training resources and working closely with the ICT team to build and deliver the devices and train the staff in their use before rolling out Systmone to their team.
