Responsibility for providing a great user experience across Rezolve’s range of mobile technologies for customer engagement.Work closely with clients and commercial stakeholders to understand requirements and use-cases and design solutions to meet them. Design all the UX and wireframes for our web and mobile apps.Manage a team of product managers, product owners and engineers across a range of technical disciplines.Designed and oversaw the development of a ‘Self Service Portal’ for companies to create their own mobile marketing campaigns (https://create.rezolve.com/)Oversaw the mobile implementation and deployment of a geofence-based marketing solution in Fuzhou, China.Worked with Lotte Fresh supermarkets in Korea on the launch of a watermarked ‘scannable’ product catalogue.Delivered a ticket pre-ordering solution for Versailles Palace to help with managing queue sizes.Built a multi-language online help centre, with accompanying tutorial videos. Established a new Cloud-based ecommerce platform.Worked closely with clients, conducting interviews to gain insight into their markets and business.Translated those insights into project and development plans.Developed UX prototypes, wireframes and static designs.Managed project lifecycles using Agile principles, utilising Jira and ActiveCollab.Trained clients both remotely and in person to help them master their new ecommerce platforms.Presented technological and business insights at customer conferences.
