Key projects to date: •October 2023 - Current: Medicines & Prescribing Financial Improvement Programme - Project Manager for this programme delivering financial savings across Acute and Primary Care Medicines & Prescribing. For FY 24/25, the programme has so far delivered savings worth £2.3 million recurring, up to September 2024.•July 2024 - Current: Finance Portfolio Service Review - Project Manager for the service review of these NHS Borders services. Alongside the Deputy Director of Finance, I have led the scoping and planning of the review, and now the implementation of the phases of the service review process. •January 2024 - 2024: Temporary Respiratory Virtual Ward - Project Manager for the implementation and closure of an innovative virtual ward service, following £235k funding allocation from the Scottish Government. The project surpassed target numbers and was delivered within the budget and timescale. •January 2024 - April 2024: NHS Borders Financial Recovery Plan FY 24/25 – Project Manager within a small team that led the scoping of a large number of financial savings projects across all business units, so that the projects could be planned into NHS Borders Financial Recovery Plan. The overall financial recovery plan aimed to deliver savings of approx. £30 million over the 3-year period from FY 24/25 - FY 26/27.•October 2023 – January 2024: Active & Sustainable Travel - Project Manager for the scoping, project planning and initial phase of an Active Travel project. The initial phase focused on building key partnerships with stakeholders across NHS Borders and partner organisations, identifying and researching opportunities for change, and publishing an NHS Borders Travel Plan and Strategy.

Working in the International Engagement Team to support the delivery of two EU multinational, multimillion Euro, projects. These projects were part of the European Union’s INTERREG VA Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body. The projects had multiple partners, including Scottish Health Boards, Irish Health Boards, Scottish Government, charities, and university's, across different countries.Projects:• June 2022 - May 2023: iSIMPATHY project - Supported the delivery of the €3.1M iSIMPATHY project across Scotland, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. I was part of the lead project team within the Scottish Government.• February 2022 - June 2022: mPower project - Supported the delivery of the €10.3M mPower project across Scotland, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. I was part of the lead project team within NHS National Services Scotland.

I completed a Modern Apprenticeship while working in the Passenger Transport department at Scottish Borders Council, where I provided administrative support to the three operational sub-teams within the department, managed a high number of challenging customer enquiries and problems, assisted with the implementation of transport projects, and managed a range of different databases. On completion of my Modern Apprenticeship I achieved a Business & Administration (SCQF 6) qualification through Borders College.
