Chris Dickson’s practice is focused on real estate finance as well as matters affecting property owners' ownership, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. Chris represents financial institutions in connection with the origination of mortgage loans secured by commercial office buildings, retail properties, hotels, industrial, multifamily housing (including extensive experience with manufactured housing communities), including many multi-state, multi-property pooled transactions. The collateral includes both stabilized, transitional and unstabilized assets with financing structures that include term loans, bridge loans, revolving credit facilities, future advance facilities and acquisition financing. Chris also has experience in the origination of mezzanine loans, the servicing and sale of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and participation interests, repurchase facilities and the renegotiation of distressed mortgage and mezzanine loans.
