Collaborate with the HR Dept. to develop, manage, and deliver candidate attraction and employee engagement activities.

- Create and publish engaging content for various digital channels;- Collaborate with the Design team to plan and develop site content, style and layout;- Optimize content according to SEO standards;- Leverage content management systems (Hubspot and WordPress) to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics ;- Stay up-to-date with industry news and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention;- Supervize and train new Content Interns; - Help develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.

- Work with in-house designers to produce marketing materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines;- Write and translate copies for all marketing collateral, including brochures, advertorials, emails and websites;- Oversee the planning and the execution of event operations;- Handle inline customers inquiries, liaise with cross-function departments to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits;- Source advertising opportunities, contact media agency and place adverts in the press for required campaigns;- Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies;- Compile financial and statistical information from cross-function departments;- Manage the production of all marketing materials;- Manage meeting agendas for the upper management; manage phone calls, emails, letter, and correspondence;- Keep track of office supplies and equipment, contact repairment when needed;- Support Marketing Manager and colleagues.

- Handle new insurance applications, maintain client's database, both physical and electronic-based;- Monitor incoming inquiries and respond in a timely manner via telephone, emails or in writing;- Investigate issues, locate resources and design best-option solutions;- Keep up-to-date with new products and upgraded system, ensure smooth services;- Ensure office equipment are working properly, keep adequate stock of stationery.

- Complete store operational requirements, schedule and assign employee's shifts, follow-up on work results;- Sustain financial objectives by monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions;- Monitor staff performance, provide feedbacks and training via established workshops and team meeting; - Ensure availability of merchandise by ordering stock, keeping track of inventories;- Maintain the reputation of the store, provide a clean and safe environment for all staff and customers.

- Conduct phone interviews with end-clients for market research purposes;- Record accurate and thorough answers, compile data using computer software;- Maintain detailed records of all calls, including unavailable numbers to be contacted in later times;- Guide clients to answer scripted questions, explain survey objectives and procedure to all interviewees;- Ensure confidentiality of all collected data.
