 Ensuring the integrity, safety and security of those on site; Ensuring threat and vulnerability identifications are completed according to plan; Conducting investigations related to all security or protective services issues on site; Conducting security searches; Identifying, researching and preparing drafts as required, of site-specific procedures and work instructions; Allocating resources as directed, and coaching PSOs; Communicating legislation, regulations, policies and procedures to employees and others as required; Ensuring compliance to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures by all employees and others as required.

 Oversee the day-to-day activities of employees and contractors to ensure the integrity, safety and security of those on site;  Coordinate local surveillance and access control in coordination with the Protective Services Integrated Operations Centre;  Coordinate, review and/or conduct investigations related to all security or protective services issues on site;  Ensure threat and vulnerability identifications are completed as required;  Operate CCTV and x-ray equipment;  Commitment to the mine’s safety, health and environmental programs.

 Supervise major occurrences such as criminal acts committed on company property, providing emergency response support to Security and Operations Managers. Ensure that all employees are adhering strictly to policies and procedures as outlined by the Departmental or Internal Control Manual. Plan, organize and direct the overall operation and administration of the assigned shift by delegating duties, briefing/monitoring of employees, oversee occurrences as they develop and co-ordinate shift scheduling aspects. Supervise staff to meet and exceed performance expectations by establishing and maintaining a positive work environment and effective employee relations. Maintain awareness of gaming operation at all times and comply with security policies and procedures in order to secure company assets. Maintain files and records, according to AGCO regulations and Surveillance Department policies. Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest calibre of customer service and respect to all patrons, employees and OLG personnel. Make recommendations in the hiring, training, evaluating, rewarding and apply disciplinary or corrective counselling to staff.
