Duties of the job included customer service - serving customer’s drinks, engaging with the clients when appropriate, being polite to the customers. Clearing & wiping tables down, keeping the bar clean and tidy, restocking fridges & shelves as & when needed. Changing barrels as and when needed also getting money from cash office & cashing tills up Responsible for delegating tasks upto 25 staff members ensured that the team work effectively and communicate with each other. Intervened when necessary to help team members out

Duties of the job included customer service - serving customer’s drinks, handling cash, changing the barrels when needed, engaging with the clients when appropriate, being polite to the customers keeping the bar clean & tidy when possible & filling in the necessary paperwork in & cashing up at the end of the match also Responsible for delegating tasks to 3 team leaders and 20 staff members.Ensured that the team leaders work effectively and communicate with each other Intervened when necessary to aid team leaders with disputes and problems
