OurPharmacy originates from a successful independent pharmacy which opened its doors in March 2014. It continues to serve the communities of Tallaght & City West.At OurPharmacy, helping to build a better workplace is our business. It is the first experience of its kind to be offered in Ireland. Duties (Manager):  Motivation and coaching of the team, including arrangement of training Dealing with disciplinary/HR issues Arranging of store rota Ensuring security provisions are implemented Analysing and acting upon all key performance indicators including:o Margin optimisationo Profit and loss analysiso Analysis of both weekly and monthly retail category sales Communicating and building a rapport with all levels of company management Carrying out Doctor/Practitioner Visits Analysing competitor activityDuties (Pharmacist):  Ensuring the store complies with support office policies, SOPs, PSI requirements and all Irish pharmacy legislation Processing of prescriptions for all schemes, including Hardship, Health amendment, stock orders and Methadone Fulfilling of weekly/monthly blister packs for patients in need of help with compliance, and delivery of same when required Experience of processing Nursing Home prescriptions Preparing in advance of certain prescriptions for customers on the Express prescription service Minimising loan prescriptions Maintaining optimal stock levels through Drug usage reviews and editing of orders Purchasing of stock from agreed list of suppliers (including Parallel Imports) to maximise margin Completion of month end and second generation claims on QicScript Processing of reclaims and rejected payments with the PCRS Counselling patients SOP implementation in store, including all relevant colleagues Other duties as required

Achievements:• Overseen the rebranding of multiple stores from DocMorris to Lloydspharmacy• Successful opening of new Lloydspharmacy store in Kinsale March 2014• Integration and rebranding of 3 newly acquired stores in Castletroy, Limerick (Summer 2014), Castle St Bray and Novara Avenue Bray (February 2016)• Achievement of retail targets for the Area each year• Implementation of pharmacy best practice and efficiencies as per updated SOPs and PSI guidelines• Promotion of several colleagues into management positions and their subsequent mentoringDuties:• Implementing, monitoring, driving and measuring specific areas of performance including Sales initiatives, margin achievement, stock management and wages spend• Motivation of colleagues to achieve their targets• Supporting of managers and colleagues to enable them to hit their maximum potential• Fostering of talent within the Area• Managing performance of key colleagues• Liaising between the support office and pharmacies• Ensuring all company operational procedures and adhered to in order to protect profit and ensure colleagues work in an ethical manner• Developing and sharing best practice and knowledge within the Area
