Develop and formulate all-source and discipline specific collection requirements supporting Marine Corps Operation Forces and service production requirements that assist with discipline specific advanced research supporting analytical shortfalls to enable the development of all-source collection requirements while maintaining continuous liaison throughout collection specific functions within the command and throughout the Intelligence Community.

Operate as a proactive and resourceful watch officer mastering knowledge of current events and Marine Corps operations while being prepared to support requests for information and product development for MCIA and other Enterprise organizations that ensures the MCIA Commanding Officer (CO), staff personnel and Enterprise senior leaders are aware of current intelligence pertinent to the Operating Forces and MCISRE via daily intelligence and operations summary

Supervised the assignment, production and validation of imagery products, reports and graphics in support of service level and national intelligence community requirements. Responsible for providing proper training, leadership, mentoring of division analysts through recommendations and technical guidance to ensure accurate completion of assignments.

-Supervise submission and coordination of daily intelligence collection requirements with Multi National Force – Iraq (MNF-I), USCENTCOM, National Geospatial Intelligence Angencey (NGA) and subordinate units ISO recurring issues and time-sensitive targeting.-Devise, implement and supervise intelligence collection strategies focusing limited tactical, theater and national assets/resources ISO of MNF-W CG Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and other Intelligence Requirements (IRs) as directed.-Developed and instituted a four-day Collections Management Course for 2D Intelligence Bn and all supporting commands deploying ISO OEF consisting of Collections Management procedures that are currently used in OEF.-Conducted (10) Collection Management courses with over 150 marines representing three (8) commands to include 2D Intelligence Bn, 10th Marine Regiment and 3rd BN/9th Marines since the course beginning in OCT 2011.-Served as 2D Intelligence BN Request for Information (RFI) manager.Responsible for the security and maintenance of over 140 classified and unclassified documents and eight (8) ISR Gateway workstations.-Mentored and instructed junior imagery analysts on basic collection operations; increased proficiency in IMINT/MASINT capabilities; resulted in focused collections and analysis specifically tailored to subordinate units requirements.

-Served as Team Leader, managing the overall IMINT and MASINT collection requirements is support of intense combat operations in Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)- Managed the creation and nomination of national imagery collection and exploitation requirements, target requirements, and new targets and associated target identification numbers.-Managed time-sensitive national imagery requirements from USCENTCOM and supported commands resulting in imagery resolutions submitted for collection.-Coordinated the utilization of organic, theater and national assets to provide direct imagery support to ongoing combat operations.-Briefed the daily and weekly status of all imagery collections (ISR, IMINT, MASINT)

-Performed imagery analysis employing both manual and computer aided techniques assigned-Produce accurate, detailed imagery products for the warfighter through in-depth analysis of imagery, terrain and charts.-Research target information using complex intelligence databases and online resources.-Evaluate and recommend new imagery date processing systems and exploitation techniques as required to enhance imagery production efficiency and improve quality.-Post imagery products and create links to external intelligence agencies as required.-Provided imagery intelligence to forward deployed Marine forces in support of combat operations forOperation IRAQI FREEDOM.-Provided imagery intelligence to 4th Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB) for future operations planning in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM.-Provided tailored imagery products to 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW) leadership staff to support forceprotection planning for forward operating forces.-Created Professional Military Education (PME) classes to support the unit's imagery training plan.-Completed Imagery Exploitation Support Systems (IESS) training course-Participating in WTI Completed the Tactical Exploitation Group (TEG) Operator Course-Responsible for maintaining ground order of battle in support of carrier battle group operations in Commander Fifth Fleet and Sixth Fleet Areas of Responsibility during USS George Washington's deployment.-Through all source analysis, maintained and briefed daily status of Iraqi and Afghanistan ground forces in support of strike operations during Operation(s) Enduring Freedom and Southern Watch.-Supported air crew mission planning is preparation for strike operations.-Noted for providing analysis and briefing in highly exemplary fashion

-Accountable for managing over 10 accounting totaling over $5 million dollars/year which is allocated to the Marine Aviation Logistic Squadron for expenditures for aircraft maintenance and operations-Instruct and mentor all personnel new to the section.-Briefed squadron financial reports to leaders of supported squadrons.-Wrote office job descriptions and directives.-Tracked and filed administrative paperwork and personnel folders to include budgeting expenditures for a three year period.-Prepared all financial documents for destruction after the end of the third fiscal year.-Reviewed disciplinary and other adverse actions and made recommendations of personnel.

Managed over ten accounts for $5 million dollars/year for a three year period which is allocated to the Marine Aviation Logistic Squadron for expenditures for aircraft maintenance and operations.
