In this role, I worked with backend customer data management systems pertaining to independent publisher content delivery for Kindle. A heavy emphasis of the role was deep diving and addressing root causes for customer issues pertaining to our systems and cross-team tools. This was a three month employment, three month school rotation in accordance with Kettering University's co-op employment program; as a result, I obtained two and a half years of hands-on experience.

This position helped me to develop organizational and communication skills in a customer service setting.
