Being a performance coach entitles a lot of duties. This would be coaching advisers on a daily basis on their did well's, do differently and take away's in a high call volume work environment. It also entitles to coaching advisers regarding their call handling times, sakes attachment rate, customer satisfaction survey's both positive and negative, and finding root causes for poor performance. I also assist them on improving and maintain there own personal call-center metrics, troubleshooting skills and abilities for isolating issues for proper hardware and software diagnostics, and also performing daily role-playing scenarios and hands on experience with various devices. .Being a performance coach is part of the leadership team, also in conjunction with this currently enrolled in Team Leader training and is apart of Six Sigma Projects as well. Working as a Teir 1 technical adviser for Apple iPhones, iPods, iPads. This would be problem solving and root cause analysis along with early field failure analysis. This would include troubleshooting both hardware and software related issues, and setting up repairs, and appointments along with repair and shipping quotes. In conjunction with this as well, was apart of recieving calls for the Apple Online Store, and apart of Apple's Account Security Team.

Worked on the sales floor in the home office area full time. Was promoted to the title as Apple Sales Professional, certified by Apple. While doing though worked thoughout the store in various departments with customer service as sales as needed, while gaining various expertise, knowledge. While working there i also held positions in our warehouse department which includes the sub positions of inventory control and specialist, customer carry-out, shipping and receiving of new inventory. Another important position that i held as well was a loss prevention specialist, which worked surveillance camera equipment and other theft deterrent devices which helped reduced the stores internal and external theft within the store.

Worked part-time within the hotel lobby restaurant, which incorporated taking orders, and delivering them to customers to there room that they are residing in. This also included delivery to other adjacent hotels as well.

Worked the entire store in all of the departments but main location was in the Technology department. Working in the technology department it was my duty to make sure that all shelfs were fully stocked and aligned, and to also have the knowledge to know on what products were in stock, and in order. Working in the technology depttartment it was also my duty to help all customers who walked into the department to give them the best experience possible and to make sure that they have all of there computer components and accessories that they need.
