Organised a small team of technicians to meet deadlines and prioritise work to be carried out. Handled the maintenance of formulations, their status and the processing conditions for them on the SAP R/3 operating system. Involved in colour matching, creation of formulations and the production of customer samples. Required to carry out analytical work using TGA and DSC. Gained much experience in different polymers, pigments and additives, with much of the work being visual testing of colour.
