Endpoint Management Specialist
CurrentResponsibilities:- Technical lead for the eHealth Endpoint Management team. We are an engineering team that provides solutions for managed customers within the NSW Health environment across MS Endpoint Configuration Manager, Application packaging, MS Intune, Group Policy, Azure Virtual Desktop and Powershell.- Regularly collaborate with other eHealth teams as the SME for Endpoint Management environment- Mentoring team members in an approachable and collaborative manner to help the team achieve the best outcomes- Collaborating regularly with Desktop Support team leaders on the solutions we provide to ensure we are on track- Provide mentoring and technical leadership for Desktop Support teams- Supporting the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager platform (130,000 devices) in collaboration with our vendor- Technical lead for our SOE and task sequence design. - Patch management- Change Management- Documentation and Knowledge ManagementAccomplishments:- Created standardised task sequence which supports all of our customers in the same task sequence with a simple front end to provide a seamless experience for the Desktop Support teams when imaging devices. - High level design and implementation of Azure Virtual Desktop environment for internal eHealth use- Technical lead on various Modern Device Management projects, including Microsoft Intune and Co-Management with Endpoint Configuration Manager, Desktop Analytics, implementation of Cloud Management Gateways, Vmware Workspace One Proof of Concept and Azure Virtual Desktop- Implementation of Intune Certificate Connectors in collaboration with the eHealth Certificate Services team- Multiple Powershell scripts for automation of BAU tasks- Document, review and migration of Group Policy's during domain migration projects- Domain migration of computers using Endpoint ConfigMgr task sequence and User State Migration Tool- Windows 10 SOE design- Patch management (ADRs, schedule and deployment wave design)
