Recruitment of Fitness Managers and Personal Trainers for all GoodLife Fitness Clubs between Pickering and Kingston, and all Northern Ontario Clubs. This includes operating recruitment initiatives, interviewing and onboarding of quality candidates in the Region. Also includes research of employment marketing initiatives and recruitment strategies. Speaking with many organizations (Post-secondary educational institutions, career offices and events etc.) Also responsible for creating an efficient and effective network of communications amongst the Clubs in the Region, which includes presenting information and assisting with onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities include managing acquisition accounts for our client (Rogers), which included many different marketing initiatives (Online, Direct Mail etc.) This required tactful knowledge of the marketplace and the key demographics. Presenting briefs to a team of copywriters, graphic designers, production artists as well as presenting final concepts to the client themselves.

I had joined MLSE's Marketing Services department in February of 2012. I managed accounts and marketing projects for professional sports teams such as the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto Marlies and Toronto FC. Also manage projects and market brands in other industries, for instance the RealSports Bar & Grill and E11even restaurants in Maple Leaf Square. Brands are not limited to the sport and food industry, other brand verticals include RealSports Apparel and the charity group Team Up Foundation.

I joined Meridian in 2009 as part of the Service Team at the Quality Contact Centre, servicing Members from all over Ontario with many of their financial needs. Assisting Members with everything from bill payments to investment referrals, I also had daily maintenance of statistical pulse checks and quality meetings with my team. Maintaining a strong rapport with Members and keeping business within the policies and protocols of the company is standard practice. *Was promoted to a full time Financial Service Rep after 9 months.

I was part of the Global Spectrum Facility Management team and Head of the Event Staff Department, which involved managing between 70-90 employees to work during all GM Centre events (Oshawa General Hockey games, concerts, special events etc).
