At Golf In Motion I took responsibility of social media manager as well as learning two different teaching methods during my time at GIM. I received fitting certification from SeeMore Putting Company. I was solely responsible for organizing traveling golf clinics that included, travel, hotel stays, golf, post golf activities. I created content we used on Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and V1 Sports to reach our clients. I also launched Free Lesson Friday, where we shared content via social media to our followers to better engage with our clients and potential clients.

As Volkswagen Settlement Specialist my duties were to act as the legal third party, public relations liaison and facilitate the buy back process of the high emission diesel vehicles. I had to work in a very tense environment as the customers where very upset with the legal proceedings, payment and filing issues. Sometimes their emotions ran high and it was on me to work quickly and diligently while deescalating the situation face to face with the customer.

I make the game of golf fun and enjoyable by empowering clients with knowledge and techniques to improve their golf game. At Chicago Style Golf I was responsible for giving 45 min. or 1 hr. golf lessons. I work with the earliest of beginners to intermediate golfers. I teach the mechanics of the golf swing as well as golf etiquette. I was also the lead in fitting players with proper equipment.

CYA provided 3rd party inspection, sorting, and re-work of OEM automotive parts and sequence pallets for Ford Motor Company and Dakkota Integrated Systems.Supervised all outside sales.Re-engineered sequence pallets, product inspection, sorting, and product rework. While working for TEAM Enterprises I worked with a promotional team for Miller Lite. I assisted in the distribution of point-of-sale pieces and interacted with potential customers in a fun energetic environment using games or activities. My team enhanced sales with product placement as I managed up to 4 people.
