If there were any concerns or issues, I worked directly with the staff of the Dunkin Donuts Center to ensure that it was handled to everyone’s satisfaction. Throughout my decade of working for the Providence Bruins, I was also responsible to oversee/manage staff and to train them on the right way to contact individuals and businesses to sell them on all of our ticket packages and group outings
