The management of the design, consenting and works process through to Council sign-off and title issue for a large number of varying-sized subdivision projects throughout the Auckland region.Consulting to Radius Residential Care in relation to their nationwide Residential Home portfolio.Management of the remediation process for several Auckland multi-unit developments on behalf of the owners committee, including working closely with the owners committee, the body corporate, the legal team, MBIE and the consultants to ensure all facets of the process are co-ordinated, cost effective and time managed. The project management of a multi million dollar, Ron Sang designed Takapuna cliff top home for an off-shore client.The consulting and project management of a variety of projects at Terrace Downs High Country Resort. Projects including a number of subdivisions, discharge consents, a new Chapel and spa facilities, Clubhouse upgrade as well as overall master planning.The project management of various Property for Industry (AMP Capital) office fitout and refurbishment projects.The Project feasibility, building assessment and fit out management for the new offices of a respected Auckland based Legal practice.

Management of the Challenge Fund II programme, a £100 million, residential development programme for the construction of 1000 new homes throughout various outer-London regions.

Part of the Project Management Team responsible for the fitout programme of 100 new Marks & Spencer’s ‘Simply Foods’ stores throughout the United Kingdom, from design to store completion. Management of the successful £5 million corporate re-branding programme for The John Lewis Partnership (A major UK Department Store group).Involvement in the Project Management of various office building fitout projects within London ranging from a £1.1 million protected building through to an £8 million, seven-storey Law firm office.

Enjoyed a domestic career playing for Auckland from 1996 to 2002.Played 10 internationals for NZ Cricket, with the highlights being a tour of India and a bronze medal at the 1998 Commonwealth Games.
