• Responsible for the sales development, sales process, customer interaction and customer profitability/agreed price levels within strategic key accounts aiming to exceed sales targets and customer expectations.• Establishing and building strong, senior level client relationships with key accounts.• Responsible for coordinating internal activities and developing effective ways of collaboration with customers focused development projects & opportunities, supply chain collaboration, and forecasting methodology to improve accuracy. • Developing a profitable business model with designated accounts to retain and intensify long-term customer relationships.• Expanding sales by introducing new products, applications to accounts and organize NPD plans to current and/or potential customers.• Implement short and mid-term account plans, assess the future needs of the client and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.• Maintains CRM database and other sales tools effectively and contribute to information gathering process when necessary to support all stakeholders groups.• Align with Product Management to jointly create key customer strategies and market driven aspects of the organization's products and engage cross-functionally with the internal product development team.
