With over 13 years of work experience in civil and geotechnical engineering, I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions for complex projects across various sectors. As the Vice President at Thompson Engineering, I lead the field services teams company-wide, overseeing geotechnical engineering, CMT, laboratory, drilling, and survey departments. I am driven by the mission of providing innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective engineering services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders. I value collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning, and I strive to create a supportive and inclusive culture for my team and our partners.In my current role, I am responsible for business administration, business growth plan and implementation, business strategy, large project planning, proposals, and business development for all services Thompson has to offer. I leverage my skills and expertise in geotechnical engineering, execute, and manage projects of various sizes and scopes, ranging from transportation, energy, environmental, to industrial and commercial. Some of the recent projects I have worked on include the CPLNG, Cameron LNG, Mobile River Bridge and Several CCR closure projects. I also work closely with our clients, contractors, consultants, and regulators to ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards.
