While I am currently a technician I am here to help with any questions my customers have with the depth and support of Ingersoll Rand backing me and our engineering team can solve any issue that arises for immediate response and solutions weather it be a rental unit , repair , or installation our team can help. My current responsibilities include but not limited to are as a remote Tech to manage territory , field calls , troubleshooting , service , parts research , and quoting for industrial air compressor systems. Electrical , Mechanical , and pneumatic systems repairs all while doing so with a safety emphasis.

Responsibility's included Service , troubleshooting , repairs , and quoting of industrial back up power generators and automatic transfer switches/switchgear for industrial settings.

Managed day to day operations of turf farm for a stream line operation maximizing time and land efficiency. Managed 10-12 employees , payroll , inventory , break fix of equipment , post/pre emergents , fertilization , insecticide . One on one relationships with builders and residential customers for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Field Service Technician for industrial back up generators and Automatic transfer switches. Installation and start up of new equipment . Service , troubleshooting and repairs of equipment in field setting.

While enlisted spent majority of time in service attached to a mobile combat communications squadron where we are the first in and last to leave setting up our communications equipment to include our prime power generators. Operation , maintenance , troubleshooting and repairs are a few of the responsibilities while being deployed in the field repairs and maintenance.
