Responsibilities included constructing and executing a production plan as well as effectively communicating it to the various personnel involved. Managed all aspects of day to day business including accounting, scheduling, preventative and reactive maintenance on all studio equipment, instrument upkeep and studio upgrades. Assisted in the research and development of automated monorail sorting systems for the USPS and DHL. Work included metal fabrication (milling, welding), control cabinet/PLC wiring, CAD/CAM design, and inventory control/cycle counting.
