During my time with the company, I was contracted as Project Manager to work on the Procession House project in central London. I worked under the Senior Project Manager for the duration of two contracts. The initial contract related to shell and core fit out, which involved infrastructure M&P services and included plant rooms along with Cat A fit out to levels 1 and 2 and full fit out to reception areas and toilet cores. The second contract involved going from infrastructure to Cat B fit out to levels 3, 4 & 5 of the Procession House building.

Project Engineer for Fletcher Steel in a centralised engineering team based in Auckland, New Zealand which supported all Fletcher Steel sites across New Zealand. My work involved simultaneously managing multiple projects and workstreams across different business units, which included coordinating various stakeholders (for example, contractors, key site contacts, senior management and IT departments) and overall project budget management. I also facilitated procurement services, undertook drafting tasks and prepared reports and business communications. Key responsibilities included:- Managing new build site relocations and building remedial project works.- Managing equipment upgrades and improvements.- Procuring new machines and equipment. - Procuring and managing the installation and certification of overhead gantry cranes.- Managing onsite contractors, which included reviewing site specific safety plans and issuing work permits.- Drafting site layouts and equipment drawings for fabrication using AutoCAD.- Carrying out safety reviews and risk assessments of machines and equipment in conjunction with site managers and machine operators.
